Refund & Returns Policy

At Iwan Jameel, each piece is created with careful craftsmanship and attention to detail. Due to the artisanal and often made-to-order nature of our work, our return and refund policy is structured to reflect the value and uniqueness of each piece.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. READY-MADE ITEMS

• Ready-made items may be eligible for return or exchange within 48 hours of delivery.
• To qualify, the item must be:
  • Unused
  • In its original condition
  • In its original packaging
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on the part of Iwan Jameel.

2. MADE-TO-ORDER & CUSTOM PIECES

• All made-to-order and custom pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• These items are produced specifically based on client-approved specifications.
• In the rare case of a verified manufacturing defect, Iwan Jameel reserves the right to:
  • Repair the item, or
  • Replace it, depending on the nature of the issue

3. REFUND PROCESS

• Once a returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, where possible.

4. NON-RETURNABLE CASES

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Damage resulting from misuse, mishandling, or improper care
• Exposure to water, heat, humidity, or unsuitable conditions
• Normal wear and tear after use
• Custom or made-to-order items

5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

• If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, the customer must:
  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos documenting the issue
• Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

6. RETURN APPROVAL

• All returns must be reviewed and approved by Iwan Jameel prior to being sent back.
• Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

7. SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

• The customer is responsible for ensuring that returned items are securely packaged.
• Iwan Jameel is not liable for any damage incurred during return shipping.

8. GENERAL NOTES

• • As each piece reflects the nature of handcrafted work, minor variations are not considered defects.
  • This policy is designed to protect both the integrity of the work and the clarity of the customer experience.
  • Placing an order constitutes full acceptance of this Return & Refund Policy.
